Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange for your purchase. You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style of equal value. Exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchange process
Email us your email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Once approved, send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship your replacement.
Damaged or faulty items
We accept full responsibility if items you receive is of poor quality when the package is opened. However, we do a full quality check before every item is sent so any damage caused upon receiving the item will only ever happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll exchange at no extra costs.
We do not accept exchange or refunds on sale items.
